An eighty-year-old writer is forced to stay at home due to health conditions, and has to share the space with her daughter’s mother-in-law, who is in the early stages of dementia, used to be a Soviet civil servant and still mourns the lost country. The writer reconsiders her present and past, encouraged by the interest from an old lover. The film premiered in Tbilisi last December and looks into the feelings and reasons of a country looking for its destiny.
