Guerra

The recollections of a Portuguese language teacher in the present will enable us to follow his father, Manuel, a former fighter in the colonial war constantly tormented with those memories. He’ll take us to the bottom of the physical places that haunt him—from training barracks to the lakes and gardens of his youth and being in love—as well as to the abysses of his memory—war and passion combined, entangled, in a battle that questions or shouts timeless existential doubts.
