I Swam Enguri

24 years after the civil war, a woman clandestinely crosses the river and the barbed wire barrier separating Georgia from Abkhazia. She will try to find the house she had to leave at the age of four. The discreet return to the city of Sukhumi, which has become the capital of another country, is one of several perplexing moments in this film about the normalcy of the everyday risk in the lives that changed along with the drawing of the maps.
