A woman invites the New Year’s first visit to her home. He is said to have the power to bring luck to whomever invites him. This First Visit tradition is one of the key moments of community life in the Chokhi village. We listen to it in the audio recalling designed by one of the inhabitants who left: the director himself, scrutinising the landscapes without a living soul in the Dusheti region.
