Filmmaking Seminar Submissions are now open!

Submissions for the Filmmaking Seminar 2020, this year online, are open until October 1st.

In this edition of Doclisboa, the Filmmaking Seminar, designed in collaboration with UnionDocs – Center for Documentary Art will explore radical filmmaking practices and the expanding languages of documentary cinema. Four open conversations will engage the work of artists presented at Doclisboa’20.

The participants will be organised in groups that will explore in an open debate the questions raised by the work of the guest filmmakers. Each group will collaborate collectively to create a short essay film resulting from the shared ideas and knowledge.

The guest speakers will be announced soon.
