We announce the Arché 2020 Award winners and Pitch the Doc Special Mention
Arché was born from the need to build new bridges and to bring worlds together. The challenge has always been to envision and break new ground between film creators, researchers, programmers and audiences.
In October, Arché 2020’s edition, in the scope of the 18th Doclisboa, took place online, welcoming 15 projects in different stages of production from Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Mexico, Bolivia, Canada, Cuba, Argentina, Brazil and Peru, offering them the opportunity to work with a tutor for several days in development workshops and providing them visibility and networking moments – a presentation session and one-to-one meetings with international producers, distributors, programmers and other agents.
On November 1st, a Final Get Together took place as a celebration of the various activities and encounters held for the professionals of the industry, in the context of Nebulae, this year exclusively online. It was also during this session that the Arché 2020 award winners were announced:

In 2020, Nebulae established a partnership with Pitch the Doc, a digital platform for projects in development, that gave a special mention to one of the selected projects of the Invited Country – Georgia programme.
