It pays homage to the cinema that interfered in history and that now brings back the chance for an extraordinary moment. Sempre covers the asphyxia of Salazar’s regime and the International and State Defence Police (PIDE), the student occupations of 1969, the Armed Forces Movement of 1974, the dreams, programmes and perspectives of the Ongoing Revolutionary Process (PREC), the Hot Summer of 1975 and decolonisation.
