Nebulae welcomes Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, the guest countries of the 2025 edition. In collaboration with Flanders Image, Wallonie Bruxelles, SEE NL and Film Fund Luxembourg, the Festival presents a program of meetings, networking activities and a pitching session for projects in development. This year, twelve films were selected by the Festival team and Benelux partners through an open call.
