For the first time, ICAA – Spain’s Film and Audiovisual Arts Institute brings four feature-length documentary projects in development to Nebulae. This initiative aims at fostering the encounter between film professionals of these two countries, closing ties and looking not only for geographical affinities, but also for cultural ones.
