The 23rd edition of Doclisboa will take place between the 16th and the 26th of October, 2025. Film submissions for this edition can be made between February 17th and May 31st, 2025.
The submission of films for the festival must be done through the Eventival platform, choosing the appropriate submission form and proceeding to the respective payment of the submission fee (when applicable).
Doclisboa accepts submissions of national and international films of any length, produced after September 2024.
Regardless of its submission date and category, the deadline for receiving the film screeners is 31st May 2025, with the exception of the Green Years category, for which the film screeners can be sent until 30th June 2025.

It is very important that you do so, as the registration of your film in the festival implies acceptance of these rules.
