My gifts to planet Earth
for children aged 4 – 7
(with an adult)

What is going on in the world? Is our Earth happy? What could we offer it? Let’s watch a short film and create little books with frames, drawings and texts about the Earth of our dreams and our presents for it.

OCT 8 (sat) / 3.00 pm, Aljube Museum

What are the former Portuguese colonies to me?
for children aged 8 – 11

We will watch a film, reflect upon our personal representations of the Portuguese former colonies, and try to express the complexity of our thoughts through drawings and filmed testimonies.

OCT 9 (sun) / 10.00 am, Aljube Museum

Story of a migration (with Fausta Pereira)
for youngsters aged 13 – 17

Refugee children in Greece had the chance to tell their stories through animation cinema. In this session, Tahereh Rezaee will present the short film she directed, Wings of Hope. In an open conversation with the participants, we shall discuss migration, integration, conflicts and the power of telling a story.
