So Filthy and So Happy

Hija de Perra was a transvestite artist who became an icon of dissidence and a reference for the Latin American underground scene after her death in 2014. Through multiple intimate and unpublished audiovisual recordings, captured by her best friend and the director of the film, we discover how this character emerged, how she ventured into music and film, wrote texts for the academy and turned her transvestism into political action, questioning gender and sexual identity.
