Audience members who purchased tickets for screenings cancelled on 17 October due to the strike may request a refund or exchange directly at the Cinema São Jorge ticket office, from its opening time in the afternoon.

Tickets purchased with cash will be refunded in cash, while tickets obtained using vouchers will be exchanged for vouchers of the same value.
