Garotas do ABC

A group of female workers lives in the ABC suburb, a São Paulo region with textile and metallurgical plants. The young, beautiful, black Aurélia stands out. Her idol is Arnold Schwarzenegger and she is in love with Fábio, a violent boy that is part of a far-right group. Reichenbach once again portrays the complexity of the working class world, dividing the film between work and free time, exploring the dreams, illusions and contradictions of that outskirt community.
