Jean-Luc Godard made more than 140 films. His itinerary followed only one direction: a constant renewal of his art. Godard saw the creative act as a necessary gesture of criticism and deconstruction. Throughout the years, he has reinvented himself to then destroy everything and start again, always exploring the potentialities of the moving image. In this film, it is Godard on Godard, his experiments, obsessions and discoveries over the decades of incessant work. After all, he once wrote: “Everything can be put into a film.
