“The perfect pitch is when someone wants to meet you again.” Pitching your documentary project can be a stressful experience. Get some tips on how to prepare your pitch and yourself for pitching, what to pay attention to and what to avoid in order to achieve the best possible result. And what is also important, what to do to take advantage of the ‘pitching effect’ in the long term.

Has been involved in film production for almost 30 years, more than 20 of which in the documentary business. Producer, production manager, consultant and tutor at international workshops, jury member at various film festivals. In 2016, funded the first on-line platform for documentary projects, Pitch the Doc, providing pitching-like presentation features. Member of the Polish Filmmakers Association and the Documentary Association of Europe.

Before co-funding the Pitch the Doc initiative, she worked as a freelance consultant in the development, managing and financing of cultural and audio-visual projects, cooperated with training programmes as consultant and workshop trainer. She is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the platform’s new features for users and partners, as well as for networking and market cooperation.
