Body of work: Can we make it better for us?

During the two pandemic years, to maintain projects running, it was key to slow down growth and increase reorganisation measures—quick digitization, restructuring teams and reorganising communication. It raised the levels of stress of all of those working in the cultural sector, and the demand to catch up won’t stop. How to do it, while avoiding burn outs? Are we as a group demanding too much of each one of us? Are there healthier ways to make ends meet that some are implementing and are able to share?

In partnership with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work.
The session will be held in English, with no translation.
