Centrifugal movement once described the tactical, situated beginnings of an anti-colonial armed struggle. In a flow of gestures and recurrences, a building for preserving Guinean militant cinema stories—a portal for making audiovisual archives of the country’s revolutionary movement accessible to the public—is collectively imagined and constructed by the traditional community of militant Bissau-Guinean filmmaker Sana na N’Hada. The future is set aside to make room for what lies ahead. Espiral em Ressonância is a captivating, meticulous endeavour in crafting community through cinema.
