Free Admission to Two Screenings of the Lino Brocka Retrospective

Due to the condition of the film prints of Wanted: Perfect Mother (1970) and My Father, My Mother (1978), both directed by Lino Brocka, admission to their respective screenings at the Cinemateca Portuguesa will be free of charge.

The screenings concerned are:

  • 20 October, 19:30 — Wanted: Perfect Mother (128′), Cinemateca Portuguesa, Sala Luís de Pina.
  • 21 October, 19:30 — My Father, My Mother (118′), Cinemateca Portuguesa, Sala Luís de Pina.

Audience members who have already purchased tickets for these screenings may request a refund or exchange their tickets for another screening at the Cinemateca Portuguesa.

Doclisboa thanks all audience members for their understanding and will continue to provide updates on any further programme changes.
