Constance works for an independent political radio station and lives with Eugene, an aspiring writer who withdrew from the outside world. Each week, the couple welcomes Beatrice, a homeless young woman, in their small apartment. The lonesome trio dreams of their own poetic revolution until they meet Raoul Debord, a mystery-man at the head of a clandestine revolutionary organisation whose upcoming mission is to hijack all the city’s radio waves. Filmmakers Després-Larose and Rousiouk—along with composer Geneviève Ackerman—fictionalise aspects of their own lives, their fears and dreams.
Directors Ana Tapia Rousiouk and Renaud Després-Larose will be present at both screenings.
